Indeed! That's the very chap. While we admire his concern for those who lack either education or proper decision-making skills, we find quite regrettable his lack of patience for, and sometimes open mockery of, the deranged aviator with whom he associates.
Moreover, we understand that one of his compatriots frequently experiences great pathos for the plight of the habitually unwise.
