At my former company, there was a similar sign up (for safety, that is) when I started working there. 5 years later, the record stood and they finally took it down. Ah, corporate culture.
I posted a similar sign in my office after a co-worker injured herself (slightly) falling down the stairs. I'm not sure she thought it was quite as funny as I did, but she wasn't mad enough to throw me down the stairs or anything.
